Home Energy Advisors (HEAs) will be trained up to get the Green Deal rolling. These will be drawn from the ranks of the Energy Assessors who have been doing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for the last few years. The Green Deal will help home owners to insulate their homes and pay for the work through the savings they will make on their energy bills.
